I've manually set the timings and voltage, auto set the timings and voltage, run memtest, changed the position of the sticks, etc etc etc with each and every try and nothing has worked.

The problem was Windows Automatic Repair, it went into a loop because it couldn't read the drive.
I can't boot back into Win 10 and PC keeps going into Automatic repair but can't repair. Yes I forgot checksum error was normal and even re-setting didn't work .
That Auto Repair thingy has been a problem for other reasons though, so maybe it was just a silly glitch.
